Dansko shoes are sized according to European (EU) whole size standards. For the best fit, there should be about a pinky-finger's width of space between your heel and the back of the clog to allow for natural heel lift while walking.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for a seamless return or exchange process.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit times generally range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How should I clean and maintain my Dansko shoes?
Care instructions vary by material. For our classic Box leather, simply wipe with a damp soapy cloth. For suede or nubuck, we recommend using a specialized brush and water-repellent sprays to maintain the finish.
